1- Doesn't say 2- Atheist 3- Roman Catholic 4- Islam Interesting. And two of the Roman Catholics used their religion to their advantage. It is awful that they would do this.

'This' country (whether it be Britain, USA etc) is only in a state where its people live in relative prosperity and peace due to the leaders of our countries exploiting other poorer countries to benefit themselves and running these dictators as puppets, which does benefit us as citizens but does not make our leaders any less harsh or cruel than those listed here. The difference being that it is the subjects of other countries which lose out, not 'us' in the 'first world'.

Why so? For stopping the plundering of Venezuela's oil resources by foreign mega-corporations given ridiculously one-sided lucrative contracts by previous corrupt officials who were happy to take the money and run? Providing previously lacking medical care for the poor? Trying to close the shocking inequality gap and give some sort of standard of living to the poor? This man who was taken hostage in the presidential palace by an illegal American backed military coup and saved by what was literally a popular uprising, is worse than Idi Amin?? He has been the target of character assasination by the West whose companies are the ones missing out on profits now Chavez is trying to implement a more socialist agenda - which, please note, the people voted for. I am no Chavisto but i see very little evidence that he is doing anything but good for the vast majority of the Venezuelan people (OK maybe a little Chavisto). I'd like to see any evidence that he is worse, or more corrupt to keep in focus with the article, than any of the people on this list, or in fact world leaders not on it? Bush and Putin spring to mind, or the whole British parliament
